Keelan McGaghran

Director of Operations

Keelan has extensive experience in the social housing sector, having worked in various capacities across different regions, including Australia and the United Kingdom. His career has been marked by a commitment to improving the lives of those in need through effective housing management and support services.

Keelan served as the Area Housing Manager at Radius Housing where he was also the Acting Senior Head of Housing Management Performance, focusing on enhancing housing management performance and operational efficiency. At APEX Housing Association, he held roles as Senior Housing Officer and Housing Officer for 6 years, where he led housing services, managed complex housing issues, and supported team development. His earlier experiences include managing housing services at Mission Australia.

Keelan began his career as a Management Trainee at ARK Housing Association Northern Ireland in

2009. Throughout his journey, Keelan has developed skills in housing management, performance improvement, team leadership, resident relations, strategic planning, support services, and operational efficiency.

Keelan is dedicated to fostering communities and enhancing the quality of life for residents through proficient management and compassionate support.

Keelan is a CIH member and through his commitment to personal development has recently achieved a Masters in Governance & Management. He joined the Association in August 2024 and is responsible for leading day to day operations and service delivery.
