Our Tenant Engagement Strategy sets out a clear, structured approach to placing tenants at the heart of decision-making by offering multiple levels of involvement—from basic communication and feedback through to participation in formal groups and governance—while promoting strong relationships, transparency, and continuous improvement in housing services.
It builds on previous engagement work and emphasises inclusivity, equal opportunities, and accessibility, ensuring all tenants can contribute in ways that suit them, supported by training and resources. Central to the strategy is the Tenant Voice Group, which plays a key role in shaping policies and services, alongside a broader commitment to community development, wellbeing initiatives, and collaboration, ultimately aiming to empower tenants, strengthen communities, and improve service delivery across the organisation.
