Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030
Our Strategic Plan 2025–2030 sets out how Grove Community Housing Association will deliver better homes, stronger services and a more resilient community over the next five years. It explains who we are and how we work, what we have achieved so far, and the values that guide our decisions. The plan focuses on three strategic goals: putting tenants at the centre of everything we do, strengthening our community through local connections and initiatives, and improving homes and the wider environment through investment, sustainability and new housing development.
