Fauzia is a dedicated and solution-focused professional with experience in construction project management. Currently pursuing an MSc in Construction Project Management, she is driven by a passion for excellence and innovation in the built environment.

With proficiency in architectural design, project coordination, and construction administration, Fauzia ensures strict adherence to building codes and regulations while delivering projects that surpass client expectations. Her adeptness in software tools like AutoCAD, ASTA Power Project, Revit, and BIM Modelling enables her to create innovative designs that blend functionality with aesthetics seamlessly.

Fauzia possesses a strong foundation in project management principles, consistently achieving project objectives within established timelines and budgets. Her meticulous approach to construction documentation and specifications, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensures seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Passionate about sustainable design, Fauzia is committed to integrating environmentally conscious practices into her projects while meeting project deadlines without compromise.

Fauzia has complimented her degree in architecture by studying and obtaining her Msc in Construction Project Management at Queen's University, Belfast. Her dissertation included research on one of our homes that achieved Retrofit of the Year.
