The Strategic Plan 2023–25 sets out Grove Community Housing Association’s priorities for the coming years, focusing on delivering safe, high-quality homes, strengthening tenant services, maintaining strong governance and financial sustainability, and investing in staff and partnerships. The plan outlines the Association’s commitment to developing new social housing, improving energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, and working with communities and stakeholders to support long-term regeneration in North Belfast.
