We're delighted to have hosted our very first Repair Cafe in partnership with NIRN - Northern Ireland Resources Network.

The idea came directly from a recent tenant survey, which indicated interest in a small repairs service, and we're committed to responding to the needs of our community.

Thanks to the event, 25 household items were repaired, giving them a new lease of life and preventing them from ending up in landfill. This included 7 bikes/scooters!

This also helped avoid an estimated 811kg of CO₂e emissions, making a positive impact for both people and the planet.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, especially the talented volunteers. We can't wait to host our next Repair Cafe!
