Grove Housing Association was established in 1976, in order to stem the outward flow of households due to the decline in its housing and environmental conditions, in its area of North Belfast.

The Association is registered with the Department for Social Development (Registration No. R14) has charitable status and is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (NI) Registration No. IP173.

The overall control and supervision of the work of the Association is provided by the Board of Management. Members of the Board of Management serve in a voluntary capacity and are not remunerated for their services. They bring a range of skills and experience to the Association and share a common commitment to improving housing conditions for all Grove tenants.

Grove Housing Association aims to provide quality affordable homes in the Grove area, and is dedicated to improve the standard of life of the community.
